Monogramming
We offer our Monogramming Service to personalize your items.
Depending on product availability and the embroidery schedule, delivery of your item might be delayed from 10 to 21 days. We will contact you and let you know the estimated shipping date. You will then have the opportunity to continue with your Monogramming order, or receive your items sooner but without the Monogramming.
Your credit card will only be charged when your order is ready to be shipped to you.

Only in cases or our error - the font you chose doesn’t match the embroidery on the item – can there be a refund, exchange, or a store credit. Monogrammed merchandise is considered a "Custom Order" and is not eligible for refund, exchange, or a store credit.
