ORDERS If the item you choose is available, we will ship your order within 48 hours. We will notify you if the item is not in stock, and tell you the estimated date it will be shipped. You have the option of waiting for the order to be shipped, choosing another item, or cancelling it. After we receive and process your order, you will receive a confirming email with the status of your order. If you need the merchandise to be shipped or to arrive on a specific date, please contact us at 1 800 766-6197 so we can make the necessary shipping arrangements. We will charge your credit card only when we ship your order. CUSTOM ORDERS A Custom Order is not eligible for a refund or an exchange or a store credit. If your order is a Custom Order, we will charge your credit card 50% of the Custom item amount at the time you place the order, and the balance will be charged when the order is shipped. When you place a custom order we will give you an estimated shipping date. Please note that a Custom Order can take from 4 to 24 weeks to be shipped. Before we charge your credit card for a Custom Order, we will contact you and let you know the time frame required to ship your Custom Order. At that point you will be able to continue or cancel your order. BACK ORDERS If your order or part of it is back ordered, we will inform you by email or phone. The items available will be shipped within 48 hours; we will charge your credit card only for those items shipped. The items on back order will be charged only when they are shipped.
